WHO WE ARE
I Can Fly International is a 501c3 non-profit organization that empowers vulnerable children and youth around the world through education and justice initiatives. Since 2005 we’ve assisted hundreds of women and children in their plight against early marriages, female genital mutilation, sexual abuse, child labor, tribal wars, illiteracy and extreme poverty.
We are guided by our faith in Jesus Christ and consider such the basis of our mission and motivation to save the lives of children in the developing world.
“But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles, they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. – Isaiah 40:31”
OUR WORK
We work to alleviate injustices committed against girls and boys in their adolescent stages of life. Our weapon is education. We create projects and programs that give children and youth alternatives to poverty.
Our foundation is built on a call to action. We began impacting lives in 2005 after meeting a 73 year-old woman in a small, dusty village in Kenya who never learned how to read and write because she was a girl. This encounter inspired us to act. Preventing the continuation of injustice against women, girls and boys within developing regions of the world is our main objective.
